- Where can I find my invoices?
- To access, view, and download your invoices, navigate to the Personal Center → Subscription section. Click on the "Change" button, where you will find all your invoices available for viewing and download.
- How does OpenRead AI use my data?
- Rest assured that we strictly adhere to data protection practices, ensuring your data remains encrypted and private. At OpenRead AI, we prioritize the security of your information. We commit that your data will not be utilized to train our models, with the sole exception being "Assisted PDF Parsing Technology." Furthermore, we do not permit any third parties or partners to access your data for model training or any other purposes.
- What happens when I go over the AI usage limit on a Free Plan?
- When you reach the limit, you will still have access to read, edit, and organize existing papers and notes as usual. However, certain features, such as Paper Espresso, will be unavailable unless you upgrade your plan.
- How do I cancel my paid plan?
- Your OpenRead subscription, whether annual or monthly, is set to renew automatically until you decide to cancel it. To cancel your subscription, simply navigate to the Subscription section within the Personal Center, and click on the "Change" button. After cancellation, you will retain access to all the paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
- Can I get a refund if I subscribe by accident?
- If you think you've accidentally subscribed to a paid OpenRead plan, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by emailing subscription@openread.academy. We'll gladly provide you with a full refund (not pro-rated) if you downgrade your subscription within 24 hours of signing up for either monthly or annual billing.
